  Peter is wonderful and has been with this Supercuts store for years; he used to cut my father's hair, which is how I found out about him. He does a great job and makes you feel right at home
  (i.e., relaxed) at the same time. I only wish I lived closer to the Broadway Burlingame Supercuts; I live in San Mateo in the Hillsdale area (close to Belmont). I went to the Belmont store once and even though I was right on time for my appointment, they said I would need to wait 15 minutes due to a walk-in they took and they made no effort to honor my appointment time; I walked right out in disgust and drove to the Broadway Burlingame Supercuts, where I have never had to wait more than a handful of minutes, whether I had an appointment or not. The only complaint I have with Supercuts is the music they play there, which is a bit too young/trendy for my tastes; but I asked them to turn the volume down a little bit once, and they did!
