  I went to a clinic to treat my bronchitis and one month later I found out that I wasn't even covered at the time even when I got my insurance card a few months back. Tried to go to a different clinic, closer to where I live, they haven't even heard of this plan. Called to check if this clinic is on their provider's list and the lady hung up on me. Called again nobody answered. I'd rather wait and go to Tijuana to see a doctor. That if I don't die first.
