  I highly recommend Jason Honaker and his associate Will Hummel. We were forced to file bankruptcy and wanted a top-notch but reasonably-priced local legal office to take us through the bankruptcy process. From the beginning Jason and Will were very clear on the steps that we would need to take and how the entire process unfolds. They held our hands every step of the way (I'm an exec asst and tend to want to know every detail--I was ALWAYS able to get ahold of them and always received an answer back immediately whether I called or emailed or faxed them). Will represented us in court in front of the Trustee and I was so grateful he was there (I felt sorry for the folks without legal representation--you sit in a big room and everyone can hear everything and the Trustee knows what she is doing and is really good at her job). During the ensuing months two major financial changes occurred in my life and Jason and Will intervened on my behalf with the court resulting in a fair and happy outcome of my case. The initial consultation was free. Honestly, you will feel better when the whole thing is over and with Jason and Will you, too, can have a happy ending and get back to sleeping peacefully at night.
